NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commissi6n of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, Califofinia, at 7:OO P.M., on Wednesday, January 26, 1977, to consider an application-to allow a temporary office at the Encina Joint Water Pollution Control Facility at‘6200 Avenida Encinas, Carlsbad, California. The subject property is qenerally located on the east side of Avenida Encinas between 1-5 and Palomar Airport Road, and as described below:

A portion of Lot “H”, .Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
of California, according to Partition Map No. 823, filed in the County Recorder’s Office of San Diego County, November 16, 1896, and more particularly described in the files in the Planning Department of the City of Carlsbad.
