NOTICE OF APPEAL RE: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP-1 35)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:001P.M. on Tuesday, June 21, 1977 to consider an appeal of the decision of the Planning Commission approving a request for a Conditional Use Permit to con- struct and operate a drive-through restaurant on property generally located on the east side of El Camino Real south of Marron Road, and more particularly described as:
Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 4838 - a portion of Lots 4 and 5 of Fractional Section 32, Township lT South, Range 4 Nest, San Bernardino Meridian in the City of Carlsbad, recorded June 18, 1976 - Assessor's Parcel No. 167-030-45.
