says he wants to opn the restaurant on October 12, 1978.
That's quite tight. They have a ways to go. I asked Hr.
Hughes if he imtcnrled to ppen if he did not have ail occuparrcy
pernit. ;!e saic! no. However, if they're not complete, X
expect soze pressure to release this building.
