Your recent letter requested comments on both Specific Plan 146 (C) for an amendment to develoq a community Shopping Center and Conditional Use Permit #136 to operate a drive- through restaurant on the east side of El Camino Kea1 between Haymar and Marron Hd.
At the present time we have no route studies which would affect this property.
