We would like this letter to serve as our formal request that the City Council consider an appeal of Planning Commission Resolutions No. 1360 and No. 1361. These resolutions relate
to the specific plan amendment for Carlsbad Plaza and to the Conditional Use Permit for the McDonald’s restaurant on the same site.
We are submitting this letter in accordance with the procedural information we were given by the Planning Department. If any
additional information is required, please contact me at your
earliest convenience. this item on the Council agenda at the earliest possible date.
