Carlsbad will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California at 7:OO P.M., on Tuesday, June 7, 1977, to consider an appeal of the decision of the Planning Commission to deny an application for adoption of an Amendment to
Specific Plan (SP-146) to develop a community shopping center, and a Conditional Use Permit to construct and operate a drive-through restaurant on property generally located on the east side of El Camino Real between Haymar and Marron Road, and more particularly described as: -.
