SUBJECT: CUP 139(A) - ST. ELIZABETH SETON CHURCH
This is to inform you that your submittal responding to the issues detailed in the
correspondence dated September 13,1993, for your Conditional Use Permit Amendment,
application no. CUP 139(A), have been received and reviewed by the Planning
Department. Please note that although the application was considered complete on
September 13, 1993, there may be issues that could be discovered during project review
and/or environmental review.
Attached is a list of issues of concern to staff. Any issues should be resolved prior to
scheduling for a public hearing. In addition, the City may request, in the course of
processing the application, that you clarify, amplify, correct, or otherwise supplement the
information required for this application.

Planning:
1. Landscape plan comments are included on the redlined checkprint enclosed.
2. There is still a 1500 square foot discrepancy in the amount of total future
development shown on the plans. Please correct as necessary or, if the difference
is due to elimination of some temporary square footage in a later phase, please
explain.
Enaineering:
Traffic and Transoortation:
1. Please change the Alga Road, curb-to-curb roadway width from 76' to the correct
823.
2. ' Under "ADT Calculations" please adjust the following:

Change the SANDAG chart date from July 1991 to July 1992.
Please add an ADT value of (630) and the following sub-note:
"*triple rates on Sundays"
Miscellaneous/Administration:
3. Please change the CUP designation from 136(A) to the correct 139(A).
4. In the Summary Table please correct the spelling for the Vallecitos Water District.
Attached is a redlined checkprint for your use in making the requested revisions. This
checkorint must be returned with the revised plans to facilitate continued review.
