SUBJECT: Conditional Use Permit for Recycling Center at Palomar Transfer

On August 26, 1981, your Planning Commission will act on the Conditional Use

except that the previous Condition No, 10 shall be modified to read
as follows:
"The applicant shall improve El Camino Real and Palomzr Airport
Road on the basis of a certer line to curb face width of 53 feet.
The El Camino Real improvements shall include a full width median
island complete with left turn pocket, median break landscaping and irrigation in conformance with City of Carlsbad standards,
