Subject: CUP-144 Tri-Cities Broadcasting, Inc.
Carlsbad Municipal Water District
Dear Mr. Plender:
Responding to your request of October 24, 1977, the Carlsbad Munici-
pal Water District has the following comments with respect to the
subject application:
1. Attached is a copy of a “License Agreement” between the
Carlsbad Municipal Mater District, the City of Carlsbad,
and Tri-Cities Broadcasting, Inc., setting forth the
terms and conditions under which Tri-Cities Broadcasting, Inc., is permitted to construct and operate a radio trans- mission facility upon a portion of the District property.
2. The District has no comment or objections to the granting
of the permit to Tri-Cities Broadcasting, Inc., for the proposed use.
