Dear commissioners,
The Board of Trustees of the Pilgrim Congregational Church voted to
support the reqFest of the Latter Day Saints Church for a Conditional
Use Permit on the property on the southwest corner of Chestnut and
Monroe for the construction of church facilities.
We are confident that the church building will make an attractive ad-
dition to the area, and that the cornregation will be good neighbors.
Though we realize that there will be many cars using the property, it will be an insignificant percentage of the large volume of traffic already passing the intersection.
W. Allan Kelly, vice-chairman of our Board of Trustees, plans to attend
the public hearing, and would be glad to speak if you have any questions
regarding our support.
