RE: CUP-146, PARKING AT THE CURHCH OF LATTER DAY
The plans which have been submitted for building permit show a few modifications from the approved plans. The relocation of a driveway and the provision of a trash enclosure, which were required by the Commission, resulted in a loss of 23 parkinq spaces. Two additional spaces were lost through a redesign of the parking area on Magnolia. I feel that these changes have benefitted the Project. The loss of narking is compensated for by better circulation in the parking area. There are ZOO spaces remaining, which I feel is adequate park- ing for the church.
