I declare that I have examined the i'nformation for the above project as submitted by the applicant, and on the basis of the Environmental Impact Assessment questionnaire on file in my office as a public document, it is my determinatjon that this project will not have any significant impact upon the environment within the meaning of the California Environmental Qual ity Act of 1970 and the Environmental Protectian Ordinance of 1972 for the following reasons:
The project will take place in an urbanized area. There is no simificant vegeta ion
- or wildlife on the site.
The Environmental Impact Assessment will be available for pub1 ic review and comment for five working days after da'te of publication,
