NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad
will hold a Public Hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California at 7:OO P.M. on Wednesday, December 14, 1977 to consider an application
to construct a church building with Sunday School classrooms in an R-1 zone
on property generally located on the south side of Chestnut Avenue at Monroe
Street and backing up to Magnolia and more particularly described as:
That portion of Tract 250 ofthe Thum Lands, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof
No.' 1681, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, December 9, 1915.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to
attend the Public Hearing. If you have any questions, please call 729-1181
and ask for the Planning Department.
