NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a Public Hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California at 7:OO P.M. on Wednesday, November 76,1977 to consider an application to construct a church building with Sunday school classrooms in an R-1 zone on property generally located on the south side of Chestnut Avenue at Monroe Street and backing up to Magnolia and more particularly described as:
That portion of Tract 250 of the Thum Lands, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof
No. 1681, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, December 9, 1915.
