I need to know f of the following data:
- He is a member of a church which has an approved Conditional
Use Permit for a new church on the corner of Monroe and
Chestnut. The Church is now purchasing an additional acre of land for anticipated parking needs.
is - does that require a new CUP now or later, or.can they amend the current one?
Will you check with Tim to determine the anticipated sewer
capacity of the church with its adjacent community facilities,
such as gymnasium, etc.

We have only written out parks, schools and other governmental buildings but no where have we included churches. We probably need to clarify what we mean by this since we have not been

If the City Council wishes to allow the conditional use permit for the church to be processed, your action is to
adopt the following motions:
1. The Planning Moratorium imposed by Ordinance No, 7048, as amended by Or,dinance No. 7049, and as extended by Ordinance No. 7050, shall be lifted to permit the accept-
ance and processing of applications for discretionary approvals for privately owned community facilities, such
as churches, schools and hospitals, if the City Council, In its sole discretion, determines that the project is necessary and in 'the public interest.

2. The City Council hereby authorizes the acceptance and processing of an application for a conditional use permit from James C. Pope, on behalf of the Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter Day Saints,for a church facility which the City Council determines to be necessary in the public interest.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to attach a copy of
motion No. 1 to Ordinance No, 7050.
