YOUR REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ON CUP FOR CHURCH ON MONROE & CHESTNUT (DR. PACKARD).
1. To allow utilization of an additional piece of property
, for parking, an amendment to the original CUP would be
necessary. There seems to be one outstanding problem in this particular instance, our records show no evidence of a CUP (valid or invalid) for the subject site. Under this situation a new CUP would obviously
have to be applied for.
2. The City Engineer indicated to me that is impossible to
determine possible sewer capacity with no plans to look at. He also indicated it would be very difficult to guess on sewer capacity even with plans, unless some indication could be given as to frequency of use.
