Zone Changes: 1. Zone Change 63-6, from R-1 to R-3, denied Aug. 6, 1963. 2. Zone Change 63-7, from R-1 to C-1, withdrawn Aug. 8,' 1963. 3. Zone Change 63-11, from R-1 to R-3L, approved Jan. 7, 1964. 4. Zone Change 65-4, from R-3L to C-1, denied June 1, 1965. 5. Zone Change 67-4, from R-3L to R-3, approved Nov. 5, 1967. 6. Zone Change 68-3, from R-3 to R-1-7500, approved July 2, 1968. Precise Plans: 7. PP number 18, for 53 apartments, approved Nov. 21, 1967. 2. PP number 18 (A), deleting PP 18, approved June 18, 1968. Tentative Map: 1. City Council Reso. 1528, May 28, 1968 It is difficult to figure why this was done, (There was no property division). The Engineering Dept. guesses it was done to provide a The map never recorded. - method to adquire public improvements. Conditional Use Permit: 1. CUP number 41, P.C. Reso. 556, dated May 28, 1968.for a church. This CUP has expired. Note: There seems to be an underlying problem with all these past actions. Attached is a parcel split which was accomplished in 1957. You will notice a large parcel at the corner of Magnolia and Monroe., This parcel extends into the "church's property", as represented in all previous actions. According to the Engineers (City) this is the last \ \ - - legal subdivision of the site. As a result, a lot line adjustment may be necessary prior to any further actions. Nonetheless, the existing situation is that the property is zoned R-1-7500 with no other approvals or plans valid at this time.
