The site is partially visible from the freeway but not visible from any residences in the area. c) Explain why you believe. the proposed yards, setbacks, walls, fences, landscaping, etc., will be adequate to adjust the requested use to existing or permitted future uses in the ne i g h bor hood : the neighborhood.
