Reauest AcceDt Conditional Use Permit - Brown Truckine.
Application has been made for Conditional Use Permit to allow a mobile unit for the use of an office located at 3701 Haymar. South Coast Asphalt Company. completely independent operation from South Coast Asphalt.
When reviewing the Conditional Use Permit for a mobile office building at South Coast Asphalt, staff noted that there was also a mobile office on the property leased by Brown Trucking. Coast Asphalt mobile unit was the removal of the Brown Trucking unit. Staff
contacted Brown Trucking and indicated that the trailer must be removed or to discuss the possibility of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the mobile unit for temporary office. Use Permit.

There is no other structure at the Brown Trucking Company site. They use the
vacant area for truck storage and the mobile unit for office and dispatching. While I was there, the unit was being occupied by the dispatcher and a secretary. There is no business license or building permits issued on this site for Brown Trucking.

It is recommended that this application not be accepted because, the sewer facil-
ities on South Coast Asphalt are not adequate to serve the Trucking Company since they are not available at all hours, and they are not convenient to easy access.
Furthermore, staff will continue attempting to remove the Brown Trucking operation
