RE: Conditional Use Permit CUP-149
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California at 7:OO P.M. on Wednesday, April 12, 1978 to consider an application for a conditional use permit to allow a trailer to be used as a temporary office for an existing trucking operation on property generally located on the northeast corner of the property on a triangular portion formed by
Haymar Drive and a private road, and more particularly described as:
That portion of Rancho Aqua Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad,
in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to
Partition Map No. 823, filed in the Office of the County of
Recorder of San Diego County, November 16, 1896.
Those persons wishing to speak on this subject are cordially
invited to attend the Public Hearing.
