It has Gcently come to my attention that Brown Trucking Company is using a trailer as an office on property leased from South Coast Asphalt. Use
of a %railer for this purpose is not permitted in Carlsbad except as a temporary use prior to completion of a permanent building, and then only by an approved Land Use Permit (Section 2142.010). Therefore; at this time your business is operating in an illegal vehicle. Please remove this Trailer by Decenber 22, 1977 or contact this office.forcpossi.:ble
