Re: Removal of Brown Trucking Mobile Unit from South Coast Asphalt Premises
Dear Mr. Rose:
I have been advised by Mr. Brown through my client that he has purchased property in Oceanside where he will be relocating his business. He states that escrow is to close on June 5th or 6th. After the close of escrow he will have to perform some grading upon the site together with installing of utilities and the like prior to being
able to commence full operations. He anticipates that all
of the necessary site preparation and/or building should
be accomplished within the next 45 to 60 days. He has
indicated to us that as soon as the site is prepared he will not only move all of his trucks from the South Coast
Plant, but also remove the mobile unit.
Further, he has agreed to provide me with copies
of his various permits as he obtains them as further evidence that he is in fact progressing towards a full relocation of his business. As soon as they are received
I will forward them on to you.
The purpose of this letter is to simply keep you
apprised of the steps that Mr. Brown is apparently taking
in order to comply with our request at your insistence that the unit be removed.
I will keep you informed as to developments as they occur.
