This ie to inform you that the Carisbad Planning Commisrrerion granted the u~e permit for a drag atrip referred to in your letter.
An appeal of the decieion has been filed with the city and will be considered by the Council at their meeting of December 17,
1963.
If you wirrh to take any action by way of an appeal, I suggest that you contact the attorney representing the other appellants, who is James Kintz of 221 Broadway, Vieta, California, or of course you may take whatever steps seem proper to you under the circumstances.
