It is my opinion that this activity has helped to fill a definite need in the total recreational program of this area. At the same time it has brought respect to this activity where at one time :t was looked upon with considerable doubt and misgiving. At the same time, I have no reason to believe thet the orr:anised drag racing activities of this group have contributed anything to the over all traffic enforcenent problems of this city. The me-bers have held their meetings in the Police Building and there is now a much better relationship between them and the police than ,-
