I approve the organization of car clubs and the holding of drag PBCOPI, for the benefit of the youth of
a community, provided that they are property supervised by responsible citisenr.
but a180 the entire community will benefit by the holdlng of these racers, under proper supervision, in safe areas, as these clubs are dedicated to getting the speeding off the highways and promoting automobile safety.
