We, ’ the undersigned, are purchasers in escrow of the Southerly
600 acre portion of Lot B, Rancho Aqua Hedionda. This property
is approximately 1/2 mile westerly of the site of the proposed(.
drag strip.
We wish to take this opportunity to express our vehement dis-
approval of granting permission for this type of land use.
We feel that the area will merit higher quality development
in the near future and we expect to begin extensive plans for
our property immediately.
