// We, the undersigned, support the action of the Carlsbad
City Planning Commission in their approval of and issuance
of a Conditional Use Permit to the Sandru, Belsan and
Rubel Investment Companies, represented by Mr. J.S, Belond to operate the Carlsbad Dragway.
'We are also of the opinion that the Carlsbad Dragway will be beneficial to the over all interests of the City of Tarlsbad and its neighboring communities.
