NOTICE OF APPEAL,
A public hearing will be held in the City fl[ail, 2960 Pi0 Pic0 Drive,
on Tuesday, December 17, 1963, at ?:30 o*dock P. M. to consider
an appeal of 8 deciafon of the Plannfag Cornminrgion grantfng a request
for a conditional uee permit to allow the construction of all facilities
for a drag strip with operations relative thereto, located approximately
two miles east of Palomar Airport and north of Palomar Airport Rd.,
more particularly described as the S l/Z of NW 1/4 and SW 1/4 of
NE 1/4 all in Section 18 T. 12 S, R 3 W., S. B. M. , being parcels
221-010-2, 3 and 14, San Diego County bseasor's Map; ead appeat
being made by Rawsell L. Thibodo, et al, in accordance with
Ordinance No. 9080 of the City of Carlabad.
