A public hearing will be held in the City Hall, 2960 Pi0 Pic0 Drive,
- on Tuesday, November 5, 1963, at 7: 30 o'clock P. M., to consider an
appeal of a decision of the Planning Commission denying a request for
a conditional use permit to allow the construction of all facilities for a
drag strip with operations relative thereto, located approximately two
miles cast of Palomar Airport and north of Palomar Airport Rd.,
more particu arly described as the S 1/2 of NW 114 and SW 1/4 of
NE 1 /4 all it1 Section 18 T. 12 S. R. 3W. , S. R. M., being parcels
221 -01 0-2, 3 and 14, S. D. Co. Assessor's Map; said appeal being
made by nelson, Rube1 & Sandru Investment Cos. Corp., in accordance
with Ordinance No. 9060 of the City of Carlsbad.
