In repu to the natice we received forthe appeal of the decision

the drag strip was planned, and mcb an inrrtallation will wq rspidly low- er the value and ussge of our propsrty. We already have app&tely 400 acres in the hema Vista Sanitation District and we plan to annax the balance in the very near future with the purpose of developing this property into a residential area.
At the meting with the manning colapisdon, we were told that a large portion of our property adjacent to the proposed drag Strip olould not
be satisfactory for residential property, in as nmuh, as the Psla6ar Airport
would control this area for their illgM pattern, I contacted the County
