Dear Sirs, The notice you aent me on the application of
Belsan, Rubel, and Sandru for a permit to construet a
dragstrip in Section 18, Townap 12 South, Range 3 West,
and the hearing thereon, has been received.
As the owner of contiguous property and for
the record I hereby enter a formal protest against the
proposal. The npiae, lndreased and highly dangerour
traffic conditions, and general lawlessness nhioh lam
are associated with dragstrips would be deleterloua to
adjoining and adjacent property.
