RE: Girls' Club, 3368 Eureka Place, CUP-150
Dear Ms. Gaunche:
The Land Use Planning Division has received another complaint regarding noise generated by the Girls' Club. We have now
received complaints several times on this issue.
There is adequate playing area both to the north and the east
sides of your building. Perhaps a solution to the problem would
be to eliminate any playing at all in the driveway.
Because the noise level was a major concern when the CUP was
under review, a condition of approval stipulated that any noise complaints be referred to the Planning Commission. Something must be done to rectify the situation or staff will be required to send any further complaints on to the Commission,
I would like to resolve this matter in an informal manner. Please discontinue the violation and call me at 438-5591 within 7 days on receipt of this letter to avert further action on the city's behalf. Your cooperation will be appreciated,
