The following is a list of requirements needed to be done to convert the garage at the Girl's Club.
1. Submit construction plans for the conversion of the existing garage to an accessory use workshop.
2. Provide a plot plan showing existing buildings and proposed sun shade lattice to be constructed by contractor.
3. Make a request in written form to the Planning Department, Attn: Charles Grim, for an amendment to the existing conditional use permit to convert the existing garage and for the addition of a sun lattice. Hopefully, we can get this approved over the counter.
4. Garage:
a. Insulate walls and ceiling.
b. Dr*ydail compietely walls and ceiling. c. Install a three (3) foot door at the front, and three foot by five foot window on the front and south side. d. Upgrade electrical receptacle.
