NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, Cali- fornia, at 8:OO p.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 1989, to consider approval of a Conditional Use Per- mit to allow a 540 square foot room addition to the existing Girls’ Club use on property located at 3368 Eureka Street in Local Facilities Management Zone 1 and more par- ticularly described as: Lots 9 and 10 of OPTIMO Tract, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, accord- ing to the Map thereof No. 1805,
filed in the OMce of the County Re- corder of San Diego County, September 4,1924. Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invit- ed to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions, please call the Planning Department at 438- 1161. If you challenge the Conditional Use Permit in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues
