Dear Mrs. Hysong,
Please let this notice serve to inform you.-that we have ful-
filled our agreement to provide a solid barrier on the south
property line of the Carlsbad Girls Club, in accordance with Condition No. 18 in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2774. It was completed on Tuesday, June 25.

The following are descriptions of proposed lighting for the parking lot for you to review and to recommend to us the most suitable for our circumstances as you suggested during our
phone conversation on June 12. I am not sending a proposal- for ballard lighting due to negative feedback regarding this type of lighting from the board of directors of the Girls Club.
* S. D. G. & E. submitted a-proposal for a 30 fobh wood pole
.with either one 150 watt High Pressure Sodium Street Light Luminaire - or a 250 watt H. p. S. Directional Luminaire.
* Ascot Electric suggested a 20 foot aluminum or wooden pole I hich would include 2 light heads with 150 watt H. P. S. It

* Carlsbad Electric suggested a double headed 400 Watt H. P. S. on a pole(did not mention height or material of pole). * Also suggested installation of 3- 500 Watt quartz lights mounted to building and aimed out to parking lot.
* Garrett Electric 'recommended a 100 Watt H. P. S. pble light on an 18 foot pole with a concrete base. a photocell.
Out of all of these, 'the board was most favorable to the S. D.
-& E. pole due to the un ty of future plans for the Girls Club.
I would also like to ta time to thank you for getting
me a current copy of ou :recent Conditional Use Permit.
