HomeMy WebLinkAboutCUP 150A; Carlsbad Girl's Club; Conditional Use Permit (CUP) (7)NOTICE OF VIOLATION May 10, 1991 Carlsbad Girl's Club 3368 Eureka Street Carlsbad, CA 92008 RE: CUP 15O(A) - Carlsbad Girl's Club On May 9, 1991, Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 150(A) was reviewed for compliance with the conditions contained therein. As a result of this review it has been determined that you are in violation of Condition No. 18 in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2774. Condition No. 18 states that: "18. A six foot solid barrier is to be provided along the property lines to separate the proposed use from the neighboring residential use. Subject barrier to be placed prior to occupancy of the expansion. Subject barrier will observe required setbacks. The barrier adjacent to the neighbor on the south will be of solid material, while the barrier along the back may be a fence and plant material." Also of concern is Condition No. 11 which requires an exterior lighting plan. Please submit for approval a plan showing the location and type of exterior lighting you plan to install or submit a letter indicating that you do not intend to install exterior lighting. Please be advised that a public hearing before the Planning Commission will be scheduled if compliance with the conditions of approval of your permit cannot be documented within 30 days of the date of this letter. The Planning Commission may, after a public hearing held in the manner prescribed in Chapter 21.50 of the City's Municipal Code governing Conditional Use Permits, "revoke or modify any permit if the permit granted is being, or recently has been, exercised contrary to the terms or conditions of such approval."
