It has been brought to our attention that the existing Pacific Bell building on the site was expanded sometime in the past. Your recommendation was to include this building expansion in our C.U.P. application. This letter has been written as an authorization for you to modify and/or make the necessary changes to reflect the existing building expansion
in our C.U.P 154A application.
