Re: Conditions for CUP 154(B)
Dear Commission Members:
I am the Owners representative for the property adjacent on the west dde to this
property. My property address is 2225,2245 & 2265 Camino Vida Roble. I have
received the notice of public hearing for the appeal of the conditions for CUP
154(B). I will not be able to attend and would like to have input to the hearing. I
have read the 26 conditions for the CUP and would like to make the following
recommendattons for your consideration. . I support the annual review of the CUP as listed as condition K7
I would recommend that the same rquircment for trees at the "rear portion" as
listed in condition # 19 be also applied to the east property line so as to fully
screen the storage lot.
I have no opinion on the appeal of conditions 20 6r 22,
