Re: July 6,1994 Planning Commiesion Hearing.
Dear Commissioners:
I am writing to request a continuance for the Planning Comm~ss~on hearing scheduled for July 6, 1994. The amount of preparation required to respond to those issues of concern identified by the Commissioners at the June 15, 1994 hearing, has been considerable. We have yet to receive a specific cost estimate on the masonry wall mentioned. In addition, since the City has no specific requirements regarding our environmental policy, we are in the process of drafting (for prior approval by the Planning Department) a plan for first runoff on the lot along with an environmental policy for handling of wastes. These items are of significant importance and therefore require the time investment to insure that they are dealt with properly.
