We regret we will be unable to attend the public hearing to be held on June 15,
1994 relative to our application for amendment to use permit 154.
We have reviewed the staff report and fully agree with and support all the
findings. All conditions of approval are acceptable to Pacific Bell in regards to
our issues of the building addition. We also, fully support Vehicles Unlimited in
their proposal to utilize our excess land for their stated purposes.
