Dear Mr. Crozier:
This letter is regarding the automotive towing and storage business located at 2175
Camino Vida Roble.
A letter dated February 18, 1993 was sent notifying you of the requirement of a
Conditional Use Permit for the storage of automobiles on the site. Since that time, there
has be little effort made to make an application for the permit. There have been several
phone calls made by the City requesting application for the permit. On August 2,1993,
a representative of the business came in to make an application for the Conditional Use
Permit, but the application was very incomplete.
The operation is currently in violation of Carlsbad Municipal Code Section 21.42.01 0(5)(E),
enterprises involving large assemblages of automobiles. A complete application for a
Conditional Use Permit will stay any legal action from occurring.
If a complete application for a Conditional Use Permit is not received by this office by
September 17, 1993, this matter will referred to the City Attorney's Office for legal action.
