HomeMy WebLinkAboutCUP 154C; Pacific Bell Expansion; Conditional Use Permit (CUP) (2)March 7, 1996 Mr. Bert Shear Joseph Wong Design Associates 2359 Fourth Avenue San Diego, CA 921 01 -1 606 PACIFIC BELL CENTRAL OFFICE, CUP 154(C) As a follow-up to the Planning Department’s letter of March 4, 1996, the Engineering Department has completed its review of the resubmitted project application for completeness. The application and plans submitted for this project are still incomplete. Please include the following items with your resubmittal to the Planning Department: 1. A preliminary title report, current within the past 6 months. 2. A preliminary grading plan indicating existing and proposed contours and elevations, and the drainage pattern for the upper portion of the lot. In addition, the Engineering Department made a preliminary review of the project for Engineering issues. Engineering issues which need to be resolved or adequately addressed prior to conditioning of the project are as follows: 1. A condition will be imposed on the project to replace the existing cracked driveway apron with a new driveway apron of the same width. This improvement should be noted and shown on the site plan. 2. The site plan indicates the right-of-way width of Camino Vida Roble as 72’, while the typical cross section on the same plan sheet shows a right-of-way width of 62’. 3. This project is to comply with the City’s requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, which requires the project to provide best management practices to reduce surface pollutants to an acceptable level prior to discharge in to the storm drain. Please indicate on the plans how this requirement will be met. Acceptable methods utilized on other similar projects include directing runoff through a landscape swale or through a filtered basin prior to reaching the storm drain. Attached for your use is a redlined check print set of the project. Please return this plan set with the corrected plans to the Planning Department to assist us in our continued review.
