VIA: Assistant City Engineer w A/-- I-5-94 COMPLETENESS REVIEW AND INITIAL ISSUES STATEMENT
PACIFIC BELL CENTRAL OFFICE, CUP 154(C)
The Engineering Department has completed its review of the subject project for application
completeness. The application and plans submitted for this project are incomplete and
unsuitable for further review due to the following missing or incomplete items:
rall, this application is lacking several General Information and Site Information items
that are typically required of Conditional Use Permit Amendments. We suggest the
applicant refer to the City's checklist of Application Requirements for a Conditional Use
Permit Amendment and revise the plans accordingly.
The site plan should be revised to show the existing condition and proposed changes to
the entire site, and clearly showing engineering related concerns such as site layout,
circulation, drainage, and grading.
The site plan should address the status of the other tenant on this site, Vehicles Unlimited,
and how their portion of the site might be affected by this project.
2.
In addition, the Engineering Department made a preliminary review of the project for Engineering
issues. Engineering issues which need to be resolved or adequately addressed prior to
conditioning of the project are as follows:
The existing driveway entrance to the site should be modified to a minimum of 30' wide,
in accordance with City standards. This improvement should be noted and shown on the
site plan.

The Engineering Department will identify additional project issues, if any, once the application
has been revised and resubmitted.
Attached is a redlined check print set of the project. Please forward this plan set to the applicant
for corrections and changes as noted. The applicant must return this plan set with the corrected
plans to assist us in our continued review. If you have questions regarding any of the comments
above, please contact me at extension 4380.
