ENGINEERING:
1. Overall, this application is lacking several General Information and Site Information
items that are typically required of Conditional Use Permit Amendments. We suggest
the applicant refer to the City’s checklist of Application Requirements for a
Conditional Use Permit Amendment and revise the plans accordingly.
2. The site plan should be revised to show the existing condition and proposed changes
to the entire site, and clearly showing engineering related concerns such as site
layout, circulation, drainage, and grading.
3. The site plan should address the status of the other tenant on this site, Vehicles
Unlimited, and how their portion of the site might be affected by this project.
