Expansion of Existing Equipment Facilities
Dear Van,
Thank you for the review of the above referenced project. In response to your concerns,
notations and corrections have been made primarily to the Site Plan, Conceptual Landscape
Plan, and Civil drawings. Please feel free to contact me if you have any other additional
questions.
In response to your letter, I offer you the following information:
Planning Notes
1. The temporary paved area will be substituted with Landscaping upon completion
of expansion work. Refer to note 23 on sheet AI.
2. The 50 setback line has been drawn, no parking will occur within this limit. Refer to
sheet AI.
3. Note 16 is now pointing to the existing chain link fence. Note 6 points to the new
retaining wall running south, southeast and southwest.
4. Note 18 refers to the new security entry keypad located within the entry island. Refer
to sheet AI.
5. Note 25 has been added to indicate the entry island.
6. Correction has been made to read "Public does not have access to this Facility"
7. The recreational space is the outdoor employee patio or employee eating area with a
total area of 1,886 SF.
8. Same as Correction #7
9. Refer to sheet AI "Projected number of Employees"
10. Area has been dedicated for landscaping and the existing eucalyptus tree.

This item refers to Decorative Metal siding as noted on note 3. It is not a true opening.
Note 10 points to a down spot, this note has been corrected, refer to note 10 on sheet
A5.
Refer to revised sheets C1 and C2. (Nv is the top of wall and FL refers to the flow line
of the proposed brow ditch).
Ennineerina Notes
1. Please refer to sheets C1 and C2 for all engineering corrections.
Landscape Notes
1. Please refer to sheets L1 for all Landscape corrections.
Fire Notes
1. Please refer to "Fire suppression notes" on sheet TS for fire sprinkler and hydrogen off-
gassing management information.
