Pacific Bell “Wire Center” Expansion of Existing Equipment Facilities Dear Van, Thank you for the review of the above referenced project. In response to your concerns, notations and corrections have been made primarily to the Site Plan, Conceptual Landscape Plan, and Civil drawings. Please feel free to contact me if you have any other additional questions. In response to your letter, I offer you the following information: Planning Notes 1. We are enclosing photographs of the existing Pac-Bell Facility. 2. We are enclosing the materials sample board for this project. Engineering Notes 1. We are enclosing the preliminary title report dated: July 11,2000 ,- I. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. Response to “Issues of Concern” Planning Application type for provided plans is shown on the Title Sheet under application type (154(d)). Corrections for the inadvertent note to Harding Street on title street has been taken care of on the Title Sheet. Notations have been added to both Title Sheet and Site Plan regarding land use as PI (planned industrial). Previously non-referenced notes 11 and 18 shown on Site Plan have been referenced on plans to show the locations of existing chain link fencing and new sloped walk. Correction to inappropriately referenced note labeled 16 has been updated to apply to corrected note 19 seen on Site Plan sheet AO. To be noted. No roof equipment will be allowed within the new building addition for acoustical and technical reasons. All General Notes are located as per noted on Elevation plan sheet A5 referenced to allow greater clarity of existing notes. 10. Proposed colors to be determined. 11. Existing trailers will be removedhelocated prior to work to proposed plans so that procession of construction will not be altered due to these conditions. This is our understanding regarding your issues of concern and our response to address each issue. Please give me a call if you have any additional questions.
