This is our written response to your comments fiom your rcvicw'of the project
1. A grading permit is underway. We have concurrent processing approval on this
project and the plans have been submitted fbr first submittal. We will incorporate
the changes from this review into the public plans during the [plan checking
process. .,
We have sho~n on the plan^ the use ofa fossil filter. The site is to constrained
due to existing improvements and therefbre a grass male is not possible. The sidewalk is shown to be constructed. There will be a transition around the
existing fire hydrant to provide the 48" clear. Five-fbot dreet dedication is noted
on the plans. Revised the driveway for turn mud pnor to gate.
The existing &e service is private.
Added additional TW and FL, to the design of the retbining wall.
Added trash receptacle to the plan.
