As you know, I represent Pacific Bell with respect to Design and Construction matters,
including those in Carlsbad, California. I have delivered to you a copy of SBCPacific
Bell’s Schedule of Authorizations which provides for signing authority of certain
individuals including Mr. Robert Damaschino, Director of Real Estate Transactions.
SBC Schedule of Authorizations provides for signing authority with respect to real estate
matters. Its subsections deal with specific real estate documents, and then Section 4.04
refers to general categories for “all other contracts” and “work orders for goods and
services”.
Therefore, pursuant to the attached Schedule of Authorizations, Mr. Damaschino has the
authority to execute the covenants, conditions and restrictions, and all other real estate
documents in connection with the projects located at 3368 Harding, Carlsbad and 2175
Camino Vida Roble, Carlsbad.
As Pacific Bell’s contractors are ready to begin the project immediately, could you please
confirm that the executed documents are now acceptable, and that the project may now
commence.
