REGARDING:
Dear Van:
Extension of Conditional Use Permit - Approved Resolution # 4924
As per our telephone conversation last month, I am making this formal request that the
Approved Conditional Use Permit remain in effect for a period of 3 years from the date
of our conversation May 15, 2002.
As you are aware, we have completed Phase 1 of the Project by removing the Modular
Structures, closing in the existing underground vault structure and some minor site
work. The plans for Phase 2 of the project were completed and approved, however
because of PacBell budget and schedule prioritization we withdrew the plans from the
Building Department.
It is the intention of PacBell to resubmit the Construction Drawings and to proceed with
the project within the next three years. We therefore respecffully request that our
approved Conditional Use Permit be extended for this period. Please acknowledge in
writing or send this letter back to me with a signature and date. What ever you feel is
most appropriate. I gratefully offer my personal thanks to you for your assistance
throughout this project.
