Dear Mr. Hagaman:
Per condition number 4, of resolution 51479, Shell Oil hereby
submits the landscape plan for the existing improvements for your file
(drawing No, D-1308-04-L-1).
We hope this plan satisfies this condition requirement and
clears the way for release of our building permit through your building
department. A copy of this letter and landscape plan is being forwarded
to the current Shell dealer, Mr. Phil Metrovich, to make sure the land-
scaped area is maintained properly per the published schedule.

commence our project
